We are looking for a personal insurance sales professional who is looking for an agency that will invest in them and their career.   In this role, we provide coaching, technology to support your sales process, and agency-wide sales culture, access to top -tier markets, as well as a proven lead-generation process. Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present complete and competitive insurance quotes within a timely fashion that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
  • Round out accounts by offering and selling additional personal lines coverages or policies
  • Build and maintain rapport with clients and insurance company underwriters
  • Conduct regular account reviews to improve retention
  REQUIREMENETS

  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Must currently possess a Property & Casualty license
  • Self-starter with excellent communication skills
  • Exceed current and prospective client expectations.
  • Detailed, organized with great time management skills
  • Team Player that enjoys a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
  • Hold the insurance license required by your state for Property & Casualty 
  • Knowledge of Applied Epic is a plus 
  • Be people-oriented, customer-focused, and professionally assertive in developing new client relationships and servicing existing clients.
  • Have excellent time management skills, thrive in a team environment, and have Technology and Computer proficiency including agency management systems.
