We are seeking a trustworthy and motivated Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in servicing existing accounts, managing billing profiles, assisting clients with filing claims, and contributing to inside sales efforts. This position offers a competitive base salary, commission for sales, and the opportunity to grow into an outside sales position with unlimited earning potential.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Manage and update client billing profiles, addressing any issues promptly and accurately.
- Assist clients in filing insurance claims, providing guidance and support throughout the process.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional insurance products to meet clients’ needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and close inside sales.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company’s database.
- Stay informed about industry trends, policy updates, and regulatory changes.
- Valid Property & Casualty Insurance License (required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a laid-back yet professional team environment.
- Previous experience in insurance account management or sales is a plus.
